And I totally agree with you now that I listen to the song (been a while now!).It certainly does sound quite reggae-like! And yeah, the guitar FX does need some work. I do have a slide but it's glass... :)Thanks for the comments! I'm constantly coming up with new song ideas at the moment but haven't yet found one that I can just work on the whole way, though I think I'm on to something with the latest one. I'll take your comments on board when doing this one as well :)

Thanks for the heads-up Ben! Your music is really coming along mate. However I'm going to be an arse. This track gave me more of a laid-back reggae feel rather than the blues. If you're wanting to capture the feel of being alone and killing zombies at every turn before they kill you then I think you need a more up-beat sort of song. unless it's the feel of he's been killing zombies all day and now he finally gets to rest and feels sad and blue that he's a lone and killing zombies all the time, then maybe the blues is what you'd go for. but the guitar tone was too piercing and had too much gain to suit what you were doing. i've not had much experience with those line 6 thingos but try an amp model such as a vox or fender style. something low-gain so that you get a bit of grit in the sound but not so much that you sound like van halen. also perhaps try some harmonica and/or slide guitar. you can pick up a brass slide for about $10-15. just a few tips mate. but keep at it. you're experimental style is great.

Hey Isaac. That doohickey you have, the one hat does stuff to electric guitar input (yeah, you know the one I'm talking about)... I want one.Ahem, anyways, I'll be honest, the lyrics are a little cumbersome and the vocals could use some blues-ing up (this is my thing, I'm kinna anal about it) but other than that it was great.A very mellow song; considering the subject topic 'n all.

Yo, I finally turned up at the computer.

Your guitar work rocks, I’ll give you that my friend.
That doohickey you have, the one hat does stuff to electric guitar input (yeah, you know the one I’m talking about)… I want one.

Ahem, anyways, I’ll be honest, the lyrics are a little cumbersome and the vocals could use some blues-ing up (this is my thing, I’m kinna anal about it) but other than that it was great.

A very mellow song; considering the subject topic ‘n all.
